Below you can find the monthly status update of Frontwing projects.

GRISAIA PHANTOM TRIGGER VOL.1&2: Production: Underway (+99%) / Shipping: Underway (+98%) *UPDATED

Detailed status: we are prioritizing the manga since it's one of the last rewards remaining in this project, but 2-3 weeks may be needed until shipment while we arrange reward shipping for other campaigns.

CORONA BLOSSOM: Production: Completed (100%) / Shipping: Underway (+98%)

GRISAIA PHANTOM TRIGGER VOL.3, 4 & 5: Production: Underway (+90%) / Shipping: Queued  *UPDATED

Detailed status: although we were working as fast as we can in order to have these projects shipped during the month of March, it has not been possible and we want to deeply apologize for this. The current shipping estimate is for it to start from 2 to 5 weeks from now.

Hello everyone,

This is the monthly status update of Frontwing projects. Today, we want to share general information concerning the status of all our projects: in previous updates, we shared with you our plans of shipping the remaining rewards of various of our oldest projects (Corona Blossom Vol.1-3 and Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol.1-5) during the month of February.

We want to announce that this has been delayed by the effect of the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19): as our shipping warehouses and merchandise production partners are located in various Asian countries currently affected by the outbreak, preventive health measures taken on workplaces in order to avoid further spread of the virus have resulted in slowing or even halting both production and transport.

Since the status of the preparations was advanced, we are currently estimating a one month delay to our entire schedule below, after which we plan on resuming shipping. However, there might be further changes due to the unpredictable nature of the outbreak, so we will inform you again as soon as a new date has been decided.

Again, we apologize for the trouble this might cause and must ask for your understanding and comprehension. We ourselves want to ship everything as soon as possible, so we will keep working hard no matter the circumstances if this means we can send your rewards faster. Thank you for your patience.

Per the reasons stated above, production and shipping of all our projects have been changed to “queued” in the list below, except for Grisaia Phantom Trigger: The Animation (since production of the English dub is still progressing).

This is the monthly status update of Frontwing projects. We apologize since it took more time than usual due to currently being focused with the preparations for the projects below: the most imminent one right now being the shipment of the remaining Corona Blossom rewards, of which we will inform with an update in those particular projects as soon as it happens.

We are aware that since the Christmas season is near, rewards might take more time than expected to arrive: we will of course be distributing tracking numbers when the packages get shipped so you can keep track of your items and contact your local postal service if you feel it’s taking too long for them to arrive, but please do not hesitate to contact us as well if we can help you in any way.

GRISAIA PHANTOM TRIGGER VOL.1&2: Production: Underway (+97%) / Shipping: Underway (+97%) *UPDATED

Detailed status: the Japanese edition of the manga is now in its final preparation stages before shipping. However, this will take place after Corona Blossom & the oldest Grisaia Phantom Trigger campaigns have finished.

CORONA BLOSSOM: Production: Completed (100%) / Shipping: Underway (+97%) *UPDATED

Detailed status: all rewards are now in our shipping provider’s warehouse and shipping is expected to begin in the next few days. Check here for more information.

Detailed status: shipping expected to begin right after Corona Blossom. However, since December is the busiest season for our warehouse & shipping providers, preparations might take more time than expected. We’re trying to prioritize sending these projects as soon as possible.

Detailed status: scheduled to ship after Grisaia Phantom Trigger and currently being prepared together with ISLAND.

Detailed status: game debugging in process. Physical merchandise shipping preparations will commence after game is launched. Please be aware that the percentage above refers only to merchandise production and not game development production, which is over 95% completed.
