GRISAIA PHANTOM TRIGGER VOL.1&2: Production: Underway (+92%) / Shipping: Underway (+95%)
Detailed status: production of the manga and costumes has progressed to its final manufacturing stage.
CORONA BLOSSOM: Production: Completed (100%) / Shipping: Underway (+95%)
Detailed status: production of all rewards has been completed. Items are currently prepared to go to our shipping warehouse and shipping is expected to begin after inspection and organization of the items. A new post will be shared when a specific shipping date is settled.

Detailed status: shipping expected to begin right after Corona Blossom.
WONDERFUL EVERYDAY: Production: Underway (+70%) / Shipping: Queued

Greetings everyone.
In order to improve our communication with you, today we want to announce a change in our way of updating our campaigns.
Up until now, we only published updates after sharing a general schedule if we had new information about that particular project or if we had more specific shipping dates: this has proven to be yet another mistake on our part, since dealing with our projects in chronological order meant that we first had to work with campaigns in which we were more likely to encounter problems due to our lack of experience with crowdfunding and overseas shipping when we created them, and in consequence this made updates in later campaigns more and more scarce, causing dissatisfaction in the many backers across all our still unfulfilled campaigns.
Shipping is still in progress, albeit with some problems mostly derived of the high number of backers, items and different shipping patterns in our oldest campaigns. Projects just received detailed and frequent updates when shipping was near or underway, and newer campaigns received no updates while they waited for their turn. Although there are backers who pledged into many of our campaigns and thus know that we are working on them, it’s not fair for those who just backed one to not receive any kind of information.
However, we didn’t think redirecting backers from a project to another unrelated one to confirm we were working was the right thing to do, but without finding another solution, we left our updates stagnant for all this time.
However, in order to avoid this lack of periodic information, we have decided to create a compact monthly update for all our campaigns containing manufacturing and shipping progress for all our projects (except Sharin no Kuni, which is co-managed by Tokyo Otaku Mode), being the first one today.
Right now, our highest priority projects are Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol.3 & Vol.4, Wonderful Everyday and ISLAND.
We are also giving high priority to finalize and send the remaining items that had production issues belonging to projects with shipping underway (Corona Blossom and Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol.1&2) so that we can completely finish with them and focus our resources in the above projects and further.

Starting from this update, we will share with you the data above, updated, in a monthly basis.
As you can see, the number of projects we have tackled until now is large, and, our resources being limited, we cannot just manufacture and ship everything at once as much as we wish we could. However, we believe the only thing we can do is keep working steadily as fast as we can until we fulfill our obligations with the backers that supported us.

Hello again,
As we said in our last update, we’ve been working with our shipping provider and warehouse to reorganize and restart shipping as soon as possible. The result and our current schedule is as follows:
- Grisaia Complete Box: preparations and shipping will restart during the remaining days of January
- Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol.1-2-3: preparations for shipping will restart on the beginning of February
- Corona Blossom Vol.1-2-3: preparations for shipping will restart mid-February
- Wonderful Everyday: preparations for shipping will restart after confirming the shipping status of the projects above
We’ve also instructed the person in charge of the warehouse to get us photos of the products, and we will share them with you as soon as we get them.
After we’ve successfully shipped the projects above, we will move on to the following campaigns. More specific dates for these will be given for these in future updates.

Greetings everyone.
As some of you may know, we made an official statement last week about the current situation in our comments section. As we don’t like to make “non-updates” that do not contain schedule announcements or changes, we decided to leave it as that, but as some of you pointed out, it’s better to communicate frequently no matter the amount of information. As such, we decided to post this comment as this update, so that all of you will be properly notified.
The situation since this comment was posted has changed slightly, however: although our shipping providers are still assessing when will they be able to resume shipping, we will try our best to give an update on this during next week. But no matter what happens, we will keep you informed.
As we mentioned in the comment below, we also asked them to make photos of the physical goods, and they will be shared in each corresponding campaign as soon as we receive them.
Without further ado, this is the original comment we posted last week:
“Sorry for the delay in making an official comment about this issue.
We acknowledge the fact that the Japanese New Year holiday season has affected the shipping schedule we provided in our last update. As we said in our previous comment, we’ve contacted our shipping partners and the person in charge of our warehouse in order to give you updated information on how the shipping will continue in the following days. In future updates we will also focus on sharing with you photos of the actual physical goods.
Again, we must offer our apologies for the problems that all our projects have been suffering, and even though you might think otherwise, we really do feel ashamed and worried reading all your sad, disappointed and angry feelings about this. We really want to get all rewards, in all projects, delivered to every backer as soon as possible, but we understand that even if we do, we broke many promises along the way and just delivering the rewards will not magically fix all the mistakes we did during the process of doing so.
That being said, and while understanding that we are now faced with a general lack of trust, we will keep trying to fix whatever hurdle that appears in our way in order to finally fulfill our promises and deliver our products to all of you.
Due to the holiday season, we haven’t been able to answer your private messages as fast as we wish to and we’re trying to catch up on that as well, but please do not let this stop you from sending one if you have anything you want to talk and discuss with us.”
